    Post your Ship Name, User ID, Server Played and you might have a Mod send it to be looked at, or create a ticket with Support giving them the same information.

    Well it may kick you out after server reset or Just post your info here so admin can reset it.

    Try going to the center of the map where the gate's are going to be and start pressing the J key. it might be just a visual screen glitch.

    Send message to support about being locked out and they should kick you out.

    Have you checked the top left & bottom right corner? Some sneaky NPCs might be there xD
