    What is the best way to build your bio if your wanting max honor? and does this work for gates?

    The cheapest way - 1 point in hull, 1 in enginerring, two in shield engineering, 2 in bounty hunter 1, two in cruelty 1, 3 in alien hunter, 5 in shield mechanics, 3 in electro-optics, 3 in cruelty 2.

    does it apply to PvE and PVP? and does it work with the final gate rewards?
