[SC] HELP, WE NEED HELP

Help are you out there? You have been silent way too long.

I just read a post "My Great Concerns About Darkorbit in the Future...."

It was sort of sad reading but I think it may be our future. We need your wisdom and maybe they will listen to you.

Odin, Thor, and the "Friends I Know" your help is needed too. We need to rally our friends as a group petition for truly a change in the right direction.

I sorry about my other friends not naming them by name, but I'm not a speller. Your name is in my thought when I'm writing this.

They are working hard in the backgroud to bring changes. A majority of it is analysis, to study exactly what to change, and to what extent, to minimize negative impacts.

 

I remember HMHY talking about leaving a while back. Some people here in the forums don't like hearing our opinions. Unfortunately, the forums does not get a lot of information from the dev's. We are really forced to figure out what is going on. Now with Baracus moving on, we don't have any Twitch feeds to help us out. Not sure if the test teams are still out there. Discord is the main source of information and it is not that forthcoming anymore either. I will have to read that thread the OP named another time as I feel sleep creeping in on my now. Chow...

Thank you for your reply. I know Help had left the forum because of bad feelings. His post were being deleted and changed by someone. Others were taking credit for his words. It made him mad, and DO didn't help. He was the first person who help me when I was a New Be. His wisdom was always helpful. Then more people found me and helped me too. My group of friends increase. It is nice to know there are people who want to help others and the game, but the game isn't helping the ones who really need it. Because of them I want to help and pass on my wisdom too. It may not be as good as others, but I try.

I want the game to survive not because I put a lot of money into the game (well to me its a lot), but because this game was fun, and it could be again. I think that is why people had left and/or is leaving.

When I was in the Navy, on my second ship: We could smoke anywhere as long as we were clean. We had butt kit (ash trays) every few steps, or hatches/doors that led outside so you could throw your butt over the side. Even when you were outside people put their cigarettes out on the deck instead just throwing it over the side. You dummies just flick it over the side just don't stomp it out and leave it for someone else to clean up after your mess. ON, there were few people who still putt the cigarettes out on the deck/floor, or hid their butt in angle iron (horizonal surfaces, where cable runs sat). They were too lazy to putt their cigarettes butt in the proper place. Maybe they thought it was a game to them like hide and seek. Or they wanted someone else division to look bad who knows. But the Master-at-arms (our policeman), Captain, and/or XO found them hidden in space that were not allow. We had XO's "Messing, and Berthing Inspection" everyday (galley, bathroom, and sleeping quarters) . We had cleanliness inspections of our spaces ever quarter and Division Officer every week. We were warn once, twice, and the third time the smoking lamp (smoking) in passageways (hallways) was Out (turn off, was stopped). Boy, did people complain, but it was their own fault. The didn't stop the ones who did it nor did they help buy picking up the butts of the ones' who were dirtballs. To keep the smoking lamp lit in the hallways. Oh well that was what life gave you. The few messing it up for the many.
