[SC] How much would it cost?

Hi all,

A quick Question to all you D.O.R. experts...
Does anyone know how much it would cost in real money to have the best pay to win account available?
I do not mean illegally buying an account, i mean starting with a new account and buying everything you would need with cash money to have a top notch account.

Even more valuable then the $$ spent is the time invested - I'm pushing 7k hours playing DO (over the past several years)

for about 1k usd you can get close to 24m uri .... here recently DO has been running a super pack uri purchase for $49.99 where you can pick up 1.35m uri per purchase . You should have a decent ship with that kind of expenditures. Not sure if there is a limit on how many times you can purchase this special in 1 setting ... It generally lasts for 48/72 hrs I believe towards the end of each month specials.

According to the German wikipedia an old (2008) top account only costs 30.000€. However it's difficult to say, because there are many "periodic" costs (Premium, Galaxy Gates for ammo, RSB ...), it depends on how long, somebody want to play.

Spend your money else where. Putting thousands of dollars here don't help. There are always others that have spent more and are just better because of that. We call them wallet warriors. They really pay to play, and I'm not saying it is true for all of them. I bet they play with an auto program too to better themselves, which is illegal in this game. Some people still do it and DO turns a blind eye to them. Because you need kills to make levels.

The game cost TIME for betterment, money helps, but just being out there really gets you ahead. You just have to survived the MCC and bullies. Because there are a lot who just like to kill other players!
