[SC] how to upgrade on last levels?

Hi,
I'm close to Ufe but i want to be cost effective and save uridium for future so i'm wondering what level should i make my equipment like lf4, bo2s..?
is it level 13 and then 1 hour is enough (upgrade hour) to make all of them to lvl 16
or level 14 (upgrade hour)
i already got a premium for a year and can buy rebate when upgrade hour happens.
Don't have any clue how long it take to level them from 13 to 14 and 14 to 15 and onwards but i'm guessing it will be quite long so please if someone could help me so i could upgrade to that level and wait for the next upgrade hour and be ufe

I would say save your uri for the moment ... there was a Test up a couple months ago where they were trying an in-game Hangar, Instant-Upgrade and ... I cant say what will/may happen with upgrade/discount hour as and if they eventually make it permanent...
I would say from what I have done.. I dont ever see the upgrade hour these days.. but to get as much 'as possible' done is the target.. 1hour is 60 minutes long and the differential between the upper upgrades is similar and so I would wait and save for the discount hour and do what you can...
I am the sort that just slogs on and takes advantage of discounts when I can.. but unless you have a stockpile of Uri you feel that you missed an opportunity so I have a plan with several different possible routes and therefore outcomes...
Just my thoughts... someone may well have the specific statistics that you have asked for

 

Upgrade hour is every other Friday. The last one was yesterday. It is at 7 pm server time. If you catch it at the start, you can get your items from 13 to 16 in one hour. You only have to start it during that time so if you are watching, you can fit in the 3 levels at during the hour.
