[SC] Howmany people have crafted the surgeon?

So i`m trying to get a bigger picture of how fast the active group of players are able to build their surgeons.

Currently 2 of my members have built the surgeon design and I was told 2 other players on our server has also built one.

Now who else has built one and how long did it take you? (Estimate of days, hrs or whatever you used to track your progress.)

 

It is secret recipe I am surprised the 2 members didn't tell you how Ask them instead.

If we aren't able to complete the surgeon, do you also want us to say so?

 

Errm, if you want I guess.I`m just trying to see how many people are able to craft it.

And since I got my surgeon from parasite tide event as one of the first 20 on my server to have one i`ve been crafting other things and playing defense while my clan collects.

 

One person that I know of has crafted a surgeon. He has been working on it for hours (and weeks) on end though (using x2, x3 and sab). He is also already full herc and has around 25 lf4 some upgraded (just to give an idea how quickly he can kill npcs).

 

I haven't crafted the surgeon due to the fact that I already have it, I am however very close to being able to craft the Pusat and that is even without collecting resources every day.

Hey!! You forgot to mention that some 'red' may not give Assembly resources

 

Kill it anyways you get Uridium from them so you can BUY resources not found by killing "red" dots.

 

I would generally disagree with this and think you should focus on certain NPCs that you are looking for. Although for the crafting event specifically, you should shoot everything except lordakias in x-4 or x-3 if you're trying to get surgeon. Ofc this is based on the fact that we aren't aware of the prices of the resources yet. If we knew the price then we could figure out whether farming uri or ores is more efficient use of time.

Even if it doesn't give crafting resources, it could give uridium which could be used to resources. That's why cubing(if you can) might actually be able to get you surgeon faster than resourcing due to its high uridium output which can be used to buy resources. But again we don't know the prices of resources so no one is sure at this point.

While all NPCs do in fact give uridium, some are not worth the resources or the uri. These NPCs are generally not worth farming at all for assembly. An example would be lordakia. 2 uridium per lordakia is very low and their resource drop rate is low. They are better to ignore. Sibelonits and lordakium are better for mucosum and lots of other npcs are better for uridium.

 

At this point, honestly, it is not worth talking if farming for resources or buying from shop is better, just because we don't know the price as you stated. But, I am sure the price will be *fancy* when these Assembly resources enter the shop. Because some of them are really, really hard to get with farming.

 

The resources that are going to be in SHOP have a resell value and if they use the same calculations on them that they do most everything else bought with Uridium we know the prices to be 80 and 360 (I think as I still have not received any of it) but the normal conversion is 2.5 credits for every Uridium spent on an item, so divide the sell price by 2.5 and it should give the price in shop for the New Materials. So yes you need to farm everything no matter how little they give towards the end goal. I usually Kami the trash NPC's that accumulate around me when I am killing a Devo or Sib so I get lots of the Scrap and Mucosum, but seem to get all of the Sibs and Devos that only drop Booty Chests or Cargo boxes.

 

Same here. I have hard time getting Assembly resource from these two NPC. Others seem to struggle too.

Ok OK, so your opinion means you need a specific NPC to shoot down - that means you need your PET for assists - no problem there Happy hunting - Slap on 'Enemy locator ' on your PET and you should be fine

If you want to find scrap,..Go to 4-5 and shoot all Mordons and Saimen, Boos and Uber. Quickest way to collect it
