    It's dependent on the situation: in PvP and against very strong NPCs I would use SAR-02. If I only want to farm "smaller" NPCs, I will use HSTRM-01. But a better cheaper alternative is ECO, which costs only Cred.

    HSTRM are more hull damage and SAR-02 rockets are for shield leech so if enemy has lots of shields can use SAR-02 rockets to drain their shields then change to HSTRM rockets to finish them off. Enjoy
