[SC] Impenetrable shields? Probably not.

According to the uridium page under the "best deals" tab we can equip ourselves with impenetrable shields...


Not only are shields not impenetrable and have 80/20 damage ratio at best but D.O. sell designs that counter shields...



Shields are not impenetrable, so why advertise them as such? This is mis-selling and needs to be changed.

 

ha.... impenetrable shields and for another 15$ , you may purchase lasers that shoot planets and destroy them in a single volley!

btw my impenetrable shields usually stays like 5 sec if i use ish in group fights

 

The worst part of this miss-leading info, is those packages are a TERRIBLE deal, and ANYONE who knows ANYTHING won't waste the money...NOOBS however will read that description and throw the money into it...not knowing how TERRIBLE that deal really is.

 

Simple advertising hyperbole. It's like going to jewel osco and seeing bananas that "Give you the energy to last all day!". Yeah, not quite

 

I navigated to the page to buy some "impenetrable shields" and nothing was stated that they arent impenetrable or that the damage ratio was 80/20 for the BO2's they are selling, therefore someone will buy these thinking they are paying for shields that cant be destroyed.

They should have the info label on the shields as they do in the shop tab, really not fair for the new guys.

 

Guys, I have 1k impenetrable shields, but I get popped every single time! Any recommendations?

First off, at best, shield/hp damage ratio is 92/8, sorry to break your heart.

*Facepalm* Here is a picture of the 80/20 damage ratio, when i said "at best" i meant straight off the shelf, from the shop - i never mentioned bio or upgrades. We all know what the ratio is after bio, but noobs who will fall for the mis-sell will only see "impenetrable" I am awesome.
