[SC] Independence Design No Where in the Shop or Payment Section

Well,..here it is, 4th of July!!

Back page says we can Buy the Independence Design in the Payment Section,..but it's no where to be found.
Not in Designs, Not in Customization's,.Not on Uri Page. Where is it?

It will take them a week to find what went wrong and then another week to decide if they are going to allow the US players to show their Patriotism but then why do we want to buy the G-Champion Ship and place an Independence Skin on it to turn it into a Basic Goliath again?

Problem is if they fix the problem with the Independence and make it not change any of the G champions benefits, and we don't buy the design then we would have to wait another year to get the design. So i guess buy at your own risk. Enjoy

Solid_Eye is it true if we buy the Independence design and put it on the G Champion it will turn it into a regular goli with no benefits? If so can you tell me if they are planning on changing this in the future? Or can we put this Independence design on a regular goli and still have no benefit?

 

I don't have the design myself so personally it's not something I've tested/checked out. To my knowledge being that the Independence design is for the G-Champion the stat bonuses of the G-Champion should still be active if you pick the Independence design (or any other G-champ design).

I'm not aware of issues with it atm, so if the ship stats are going away while the Independence design is active it's something we would have to get tested and go from there.

There have been threads created where the Independence design on the G-Champion is reported to not have the same as the other designs on the same ship. I myself do not have it so i can not test it but check the threads as I have seen it stated there is no benefit from using the G-Champion with the Independence Design.

 

7/6 what OP said After reading the other post I missed it - thanks goodness - makes no sense that other Countries 'Flags' ships get a benefit

 

I own the Independence design, and it does not retain the 5% and 10% bonuses, while the G-Champion does have them.

I went to the FAQ section today and found this in the 'Ships FAQ' portion. Apparently the USA did get a design, but is was a ship and not/no (a) flag to drape it on.

I got it, it is a drab gray black gray...Oh well - win some, lose some

 

No the Independence is still a design to be applied to the G-Champion they did not add another Flag for the USA they just transferred this into the frey. The issue IS it was supposed to be available for purchase on the 4th of July and was not and has to date not been available for anyone to get.

 

You had days to craft it...even if it wasn't available it is still was available for purchase. The new garage was dumped on us the same time. Design/skin whatever...nothing was really clarified. This the nearest this OP can get in my mind to having this issue resolved unless a mod comes in and interjects with their in-between with DO. Just fly the ship like a proud Confederate - wore gray/grey colors...despite the Union colors not being available - sing the blues Be happy (blues) you won.
