[SC] Issues in general

Quick 2 questions. Support is requesting a police report and the form to send to them to (try?) and get my account back. But, as is i'm 14 and AFAIK I cannot do so, and my mom thinks it's basically a stupid idea, and a waste of time. Are there any alternative options? Thanks.

Secondly, i've started a new account, since I have little hope anymore of getting my old account back, and I know the username of my old account was changed, as when I search it up (#Battlestar#Pegasus#) it says no user exists by that name and all that, yet when I try to change my username it says it's in use already? What? How does that work?

 

Are you talking about your login name or pilot name?

 

Pilot name. Login name I almost always change upon register, as i'm paranoid about that stuff, and rightfully so.

 

Check ranking, sometimes search is too hard to do.

 

if you have proof of uri purchase and even reg email also name changes and email address provide them all that info send as much detail as possible
If they still want a police report then get one its not a waste of time and lastly if they still wont give back the account request that it is closed for account sharing

Back in december 2 of my accounts were stolen and i follow the info i said and it did take some time but i did get them both back
1st one in 2 weeks since i have all the uri email purchase for it
2nd one in 2 months that account i didnt use much it was just sitting there

I haven't given up but my entire family basically thinks games are a waste of time, so I'm getting no help there. And yeah I have registration and all payments on my email, but they said unless I am contacting them from the current accounts email they need a report and I'm like wth this whole time I've been saying my email adress got changed...
-_- Do you know if there is an age requirement for filing a report? I'm only 14, and couldn't find one on the internet but don't feel like going all the way to the police department to be told I'm too young or something..
