    For everything that you do, just ask us. You change things on your own without asking us first on whether we like your decision or not. Asking from the forum is naive since 99% of all players never bother checking the forum. Instead, just add a link in the backpage which redirects us to a page with a question and a poll. That way we can approve or disapprove your ideas.

    And something else...
    Add some Patch Notes, so everyone will be able to see the game changes.

    This has already been discussed and BP puts out random polls to players. Infact, there was just a length poll asking for player feedback.
