[SC] Just became UFE but I feel so weak

This week alone I made more progress than all the 7 years I have been playing this game. I use a lightning vengeance. I got all 10 of my irises all havocs, finished the kronos gate and got crown, upgraded all 10 irises to level 16, level 16 hellstorm rocket launcher next thing is to upgrade all shields to level 16 and there's no point in leveling up regular lf4s because they are obsolete thanks to enhancements. my ship has all 3 mixture of those lf4 enhancements even my PET does. pet does 8k damage with whites btw. i do about 32k average whites with seprom, 7k rocket damage and 20k hellstorm rocket launcherand 50k with rsb ammo and have about 500k shield on both my configs and IDK I still feel so weak when im trying to fight those green goliath dudes with spartan drones and gold star general ranks. I don't want to pop noobs goliaths in the upper maps because thats not even fun I want to attack the bully ships that would bully me when I was a noob but I can't even fight because these guys are shooting me with 70k whites and do like 120k rsb it's ridiculous

i also feel that upgrading did absolutely nothing I upgraded all 10 irises level 16 and i feel like nothing changed at all i don't know what's next for me anyways i've just been trying to get all my hercules but i've done 5 so far and only gotten 2 and this was all on a double gg day i feel so lost in this game

btw i have 28 pilot points and already have fats and maxed out the laser accuracy thing to 25% and will do the manuerving dodging one next but that's so much uridium its ridiculous

IDK should i move to goliath ship? i would use the lightning vengeance just to fly away if some big dude would try attacking me

 

Be advised the comparison you mentioned. Your being outgunned by 5 to 8 lasers, by ships with Spartan drones (giving damage and shield boost). They are probably loaded with PVP LF4. Your actually best in what you are in. You have the speed advantage making it hard for them to rep as you fly by.

first you need to upgrade your shields. shields are the msot important thing in a fight.

and you also need your skilltree. you need full:

- Ship Hull
- Engineering
- Evasive Maneuvers
- Shield Mechanics
- BountyHunter
- Rocket Fusion

you should have more than 1mil shield in both your cons (that requires hercules and spartan)

And the most important thing: I think you are a pretty big noob because you ask "should i switch from veng to goliath".
So i think you need to practice fighting a lot. watch some yt vids of famous guys who fight in uba or do 1vs1.
(and yes ofc you should change from veng to goliath or to cyborg)

and open maps fight are probably not good for you because you can easily run into a 1vs2 or 1vs3 and you will be a instant kill. They nerfed ringformation and brought cyborg into the game. less shield + more damage = unbalanced. so try to focus on uba or 1vs1.

the new pvp and hp laser are not needed for winning fights.

From what it seems you are not ufe yet, maybe close, but not yet.

Your pet should be doing 12k-15k damage with x4, make sure that you have all those 12 laser damage protocols.

Double boosters are a thing, an UFE ship with those boosters will murder another UFE ship without them really easily.

You should have Ring/Drill formation, those formations are really important.
