[SC] Make the CBS shields not so bright!

    Title says it all. I'm blinded by the bright blue lights staring at me and the 20 fps drop when I near the base.

    Yeah I lillery have to put on SUN GLASSES at my computer when near one of those. HD monitors have that effect. lol.

    I kinda agree, the shields should look normal, like some faded bubbles, not mini suns.
