[SC] ??? map

I read about this ??? map, so i checked it out and i found that you got to go to 4-5, head to the wormwhole near the mmo portal to 5-1, and keep pressing J till you get there.

So, i did this a couple of times, but the 1st time it got me to 1-5 and the second to 1-1.. Is there a special way of going to ???, or do you just have to do it 100 times??

 

The 4-5 route is the slowest way (there is only 2 ways). The "fastest" way is to buy lots of the JumpCPU which costs credits from the shop, equip it to your ship and fly to x-2, use jump cpu back to x-1 and repeat until you get into ???. Don't try using the Advanced Jump CPU though, it won't work with this method, has to be the older versions which always put you into the x-1 map.

Be warned though, it is pretty hard to get in, took me 300-400 jumps I think to get in for the first time.

Don't expect to stay for long either, the map is filled with Uber Protegit, some of which shoot DCR rockets too so you can't run away - even with EMP you remove 1 or 2 slows then another few will hit you again seconds after.

 

oh i see... well thanks for the answer! i guess i will look for this map when i get strong enough to be able to survive in there
