[SC] My UFE acc got hacked ... now support says they won't give it back since I didn't pay.

    So, exactly a week ago on the dot (including time), my account was compromised. Someone gained unauthorised access (someone who had a grudge on me) and told global my login, then proceeded to delete all my items. According to global, they said that they hacked my account because I was, I quote, 'pissing them off'.

    He sold everything. Destroyed Apis and Zeus. Got rid of all my credits. Etc.

    Now I changed the password, and, with full access to the account, contacted support to ask for all of my items back, since this was in no way, shape or form my fault. I had a secure password, and didn't even tell my best friend what it was - no one had access to my account.

    However, due to point 9.3.3 in the terms and conditions, (I assume that) they banned my account in order to preserve it and protect it from further unauthorised logins, as they had no idea who had access to it now.

    I messaged them, and they gave me a list of things to provide to them to prove ownership of the account. One of which being payment transactions.

    Now I never payed for this game, however I have been playing since the day it came out. I said I have never payed, but they claimed that this means that I can't prove ownership of the account, and for safety purposes, it will remain suspended.

    Now, a few things wrong with that.

    Firstly, if no one, not even the original owner, has access to the account, there is no security involved. The account is just lost.

    Secondly, you can't not give me my account because I haven't paid for a FREE TO PLAY GAME.

    Lastly, I'm sure a multi-million dollar company can think of another way to prove ownership.

    What can I do now??

    LOl ..oh well ..please provide support all proof you have of owner ship..payments are important but since you never paid ..find all old tickets and their ref# and send to support as proof
    Also they will ask you all the name you used on acc. All the email you used and why you changed your email if you did.All the places you lived or played on your acc on.I never got hacked but some1 once spread rumor that my acc was hacked and support locked my account. It was difficult process but i was able to get my acc back. And above all be polite. Getting too upset is not going to get your account back.They have this policy in place to protect your account.
    Also hate to say this but only 2 ways your account can be hacked either you shared your acc or you are victim or fishing scam.

    Thank you so much. Old support tickets! I should have thought of that. I am going to tell them all the old support tickets. Thanks so much!

    And sorry but I never shared my pass or got scammed. I have no idea how it happened - my only guess is someone had my stuff.

    I have tried to get my old ufe account back giving like 50s payments and all my support tickets, but sadly that is not enough for support, i even gave my last 4 numbers of credit card number. I am still really sad about it, if anyone from DO team could contact me and provide me with information about why i wouldnt get my account back after giving all that proof that would be great.

    I feel like the DO support was trying to cheat me out of my account.

    I'm sorry to hear of it, but, believe me, all will be well.
    You should save all letters of support team, chat team or someone You're talking about Your Account

    Hello,

    I'm afraid ultimately this is between you & support, there is nothing we can do here in forums with regards to assisting you with a stolen account except to direct you to support.

    Unfortunately there are a number of cases where accounts are not with their original owners (the person who opened/started the account). There is certain information required in processes like this, and yes that information will be checked and verified. They are in no rush to return accounts to wrong person.
