[SC] No need for your poor "compensation"

When the special galaxy gate rewards day event was running on the 29th users received the ‘Collector’s Joy – Mirage and Enigma’ pack instead of the Goliath Surprise pack as they should have.

All users who completed Epsilon galaxy gate on the 29th have been given a Goliath Surprise pack. If they already had the Goliath ship which the pack gave to them then they will have received 10,000 U. as normal.

Hi darkorbit. What about other gates? They gave same rewards all of them, delta lambada epsilon. Friend of my spend 200k uri to get delta open, cuz he think epsi and delta have been mest up, also did lambada and suprise suprise garbage again here. I spend over 130k uri to get epsi open still with rebate doubler and discount and we both got 10k uri. U can take this back, you just laugh about players here. This is nonsense. Also what about weekend lag issues on us1? spinning gates by 100x each time to get it open faster each 3 spins by 100 need to reload page, 2 mins spin to happen. Nice waste on money for prem and rebate. Like again this game is so miserly like always were since about 2008 when all got screwd up in this game.

 

2011 was when they started causing the MAJOR problems with the AI upgrade and again in 2014 with the RELOADED, where they have never fixed a single thing that needed corrected.

 

If you had issues about gates you should email support and show them proof of what you got from your other gates instead of posting them on forums. As for spending so much on gates its because you spin 100. If you want to save on spins or uri jump into a pnut so you stop getting hull hp and spin by 5s. It takes a couple minutes but you def save uri

 

do you even listen? It took 2min for server to reply for spin, u wish that i spin by 1 spin at a time?

 

I'm saying you are complaining about having to spend uri when everyone knows you should never spin by 100 because you can't use your dblrs effectively. Regardless if you were having issues spinning you should refreshed way before or just not spin at all. I didnt have any issues spinning that weekend.

 

same here i dint have any issues either.and atleast they gave something. normally they dont give nothing just we are looking into it.

 

us1 server is broken since they moved data centers. if i would spin x1 it would take me 3 hours( for real) to open hades, it took me 10min using x100. I am complaining about wasting money on rebate and prem for weekend when homepage worked so horrable.

 

Don't bank. If enough players stop banking because the game has horrible lags, they will fix the lags. Easy calculation.

 

Right now they are supposed to be taking a time out from new events and the like in order to work on fixing the constant ongoing issues. Something Sergei would never commit to and would laugh in the twitch anytime it was brought up. This compensation is one of many starts they have given as a means of admitting that the Devs recognizing issues. I always find it comforting when a Dev post about an issue instead of having the Mods do it. It shows more credibility for the Devs and get the Mods out of the line of fire.

 

My point exactly it takes me 15k uri to build a hades. spinning by 5x takes me about 10min

 

The game is "working" this weekend as it did last weekend.
45+ seconds for back pages to change.
20+ seconds to spin for gates.
clock STILL wrong, for weeks now.
ETC,ETC,ETC...........
There have been zero announcements for what has been fixed or what ANYONE is working on.
I have played this game for 6 yrs. and obviously enjoy it.
FIX it and communicate to we the PLAYERS as to what you are working on.
It really looks pathetic to those who do not KNOW that you can not fix a clock.
And it is more pathetic that there is next to NO news on what is being worked on.
We appreciate when we do here something positive butt it is from those that are NOT in control of the FIXING.
Running out of patience.........................0-0 ...for anyone that cares about customer satisfaction.
