[SC] Not sure if i've been cheated or not... Lol.

I saw this once before and got it recorded this time. While spinning kappa I used a 3x multiplier on "0 pieces". Check out 2:28 to 2:32 of the video.. I don't know if it was a visual glitch or if I just lost 3 kappa pieces that would've built my kappa to the depths of Darkorbit mystery... Either way i'm not very happy. As you can see in the video none of the other 4 spins had a multiplier "blue box" around them indicating they were affected by the 3x multiplier so my only guess is that I was in fact cheated out of 3 parts.

I don't see what the issue is. It was spun 5 times and you received your goods, with the 3x multiplier hitting the Xenomit. You received 30 of that instead of 10.

Yeah but then why was there a popup saying I received 0 gate pieces...?

 

Not sure what you were attempting to do by switching from 1 spin to 5 spins when you used the multipliers, but I didnt see anything unusual other than you switching back and forth from 1 spin to 5 spins.

If you feel there's a bug/glitch contact Support or make a Private chat within the Forums so Mod's can contact Support.
Also, don't mean to seem bossy, but your Spinning you GG wrong, to make sure you get Parts faster and cost less Uridium, do 1 spin a time and do x2 Multipliers Straight away. (do this on last 20 Parts for your gate) (Any Gate but not A B G)

I am well aware of spinning methods as I got 90 parts of kappa with 600 spins, as for support as I already said I contacted support with no reply. Color me surprised
