  1. I just wanted to give praise to the BP/DO support staff. I just recently had a problem with two of my acct.s and Roger , the member handling my ticket did an Outstanding job at resolving the problem. Too many people are quick to complain but do not acknowledge a job well done.
    Please do not post any negative replies to this thread.If you have anything negative to say , start your own thread . This one is to show appreciation for a job well done. However , if you too have had a positive experience with the support staff , please feel free to add your comments here .
    I hope I am posting this in the proper category .If not , feel free to move this thread .
    I would like as many people to see it and add to it as possible . But I leave it up to the DO staff to close it at their discretion. TY
