    Can i ask, why person from my clan got boosters for 20 hours, while me and others got only 10 hours of boost? global america 4, [ŠGＯｚ] ŠGＯｚ clan, player: Dancing_Ninja-[ŠGＯｚ]

    there was a compensation package for those who logged on between certain hours... there was a lso a shortfall and the difference was to be made up from yesterday... the discrepancy may be there...

    UGG, certain hours. Who gets notification to run to the computer to log in so you don't miss out? And when was the time for that matter?

    These boosters were also for sale at a discount yesterday so if someone bought the boosters and then got the reward for logging in the last weekend of March they would have 20 hours even though they only bought 10. Check the Logbook on your back page and see if they boosters were booked twice.

    i think what the op is saying is things was missed on first go round some did not get full premium and linked the boosters to that i think everyone got the boosters the first time and the second as long as they logged in in the time span stated just the premium was messed up for some this might be what the OP is referring to

    Well I did not see anyone post that they received the Boosters during the weekend we were supposed to get them, so I ASSumed that no one received more than the 5 days Premium and thus this booking today, made up for what we were supposed to have received on the 25th (offer ended the 28th).

    So I guess I need more clarification, to know for sure.

    Hello,

    To the best of my knowledge, affected users should receive ten hours of the shared damage, shield and hitpoint boosters along with the 9 days of premium. If you know anyone who seems to have gotten more, it may be another source.

    I'd also add the compensation package wasn't limited to people who logged in during specific hours.
    People who logged in over that weekend, who had been active and were registered prior to March 1st, 2016, were eligible for the package and should have received it. The package just had a bit of a hiccup and didn't quite book the way the newsletter informed us and they had to adjust that.
