[SC] Protocols

hello I would like to hear you opinion on protocols recently I unlocked all 12 slots in my pet I have never gotten protocols and I am wondering witch are the best ones I never go boxing and I dont usualy go to the spaceball I know most of the ppl like to buy 9 trophy protocols and 3 radar but I am not sure if I shoud I have 500k uri and rebate and premium so 30% I was thinking of getting 12 storage protocols shoud I or I should get the 9 trophy and 3 radar ? ( I dont pvp with the pet I dont collect boxes and I dont buy boxdoubler only if there is something like TOT or VOT)

so what you want to focus? alliens? do allien protocol to increase dmage on alliens at 3% lvl3

 

Do you transfer from SkyLab to Ship for Credits? If so then get at least ONE Trade Gear as this increases the value of the sold ore by 30% (max rate for Promerium is 1000 normal sell per unit and 1300 with PET Trader. Other Protocols is strictly for what you use the PET for;

Radar increases the map area the PET sees away from your ship (best for Auto-Looter or Enemy Locator),
Cargo Protocols are great for increasing the Cargo Bay (for transfers or collecting cargo drops),
Fuel Protocols are nice to reduce the Fuel used by the PET

But the main reasons for the PET is to BOX or help in a battle (PvP or PvE), so for us to give you better information/suggestions what Gears do you use?

 

http://prntscr.com/fw21sl that is what I have in terms of gears I was going to get the box protocols but in the last 2 streems I heard that they want to move away from the boxes so they are going to do something like removing them that is why I didnt know what to buy yes I send materials from the skylab to the ship every day mostly seprom for cubes ... but I thought that I can get 12 storage protools I dont like to pvp alot I just farm aliens for now and gates I didnt think of the fuel protocols I use the pet to sell the cargo mostly and may be go to spaceball but that is not often I wanted to ask if I get 9 trophy and 3 radar have a boxdoubler and no box skills what kind of ee can I expect to get I know what every protocol/gear does I just cant decide witch to get

 

Personally in fast configuration I always fly 12 radar lvl3 protocol its great on 4-5 to search on uber mordon for scrap or other npc you need for quest, also with 12 radar protocol you can search almost whole normal map and its really easy to locate ice meteroid for example.
That is 300k without discount.

12 cargo protocol give you cca 20k in citadel cargo, cca 8,8k in goliath its good if your credits are low so you can colect whole cargo incresed with resource booster from trade and sell with Cargo trader (Level: 3) which give you 30% more credits and got lower cooldown than lvl 1 and 2. Total cost of 12 is 300k uridium without discount. This is not bad if you colect paladium so you don't need switch so often ship in 5-2 to sell or leave ship beside paladium zone over night and colect it with pet you will have more space to colect, in citadel its 12k more paladium to store 800ee=50k uridium if u spin it alpha beta gamma, in 6 days you play it out. However risk of die is there so not really recomend.

Laser Gun Protocol (Level: 3)
Give in total with 12 of them 48% bonus dmg on ship and NPC, soon or later you will start to do PVP and since ring formation don't lower dmg from pet this is must have to win 1vs1 fight because pet doing around 22k per secound dmg if you fight in ring formation and ship 70k that nice aditional dmg.
Cost 540k without discount.
I prefer them over alien protocol just because doing also dmg to ships, they are bit expensive but will wanna have them.

So 12 radar will help you do quests and event like ice meteroid, 12 laser gun is must have for pvp and decent for shoot npc, if you shoot cubikon or kristallon pet with protocol and ship doing almost same dmg with x2 as just ship with x3.
This 24 protocol total 840k, 588k with 30% discount but my advice is wait on discount in shop its 15% cheaper i think so will cost u 462k.

Thanks for the info just wanted to ask if I have 45% on ee which gates are worth doing for now I am doing just abg I have all havoc but non herc I did like 4/6 gates in a row but didn't get anything not even lf4/booster is it worth to do kappas

 

10 havoc and 10 hercules you need for craft in 10 spartan. If you have clan of few friends you play with, make a deal with them to colect uridium and do hades during weekend when is discount on gate and also red/blue, obsidian or apocalys booty event than you can get up to 30 crystal in gate, you need 2250 for 10 spartan, also you will get 8 booty and 16 log disc from each hades and chanse for LF4. You must have 36 pilot points as standard to don't miss with laser and be able make normal pvp battle, also aditional 7 points for alien hunter what give 43pp in total, its long road but day by you will get there, thats why its important do gates. With this booty you will aslo get some ammo and other things, if you have apis and zeus spend them on lf4 day, if not on zeus.

Colect scrap and spend on red booty, yes give only pet design not ship design but its cheap to craft and you can get same amound of things as in any other booty, up to 600 log disc i think, that 180k wurth also 2k rsb and some other things, overall i think its best to make from scrap.

spartan is much better than havoc and hercules is little bit better than spartan but only in fast configuration but difference is small, so if you can make spartan and than when you don't know what to do with uridium make few kappa for 10 hercules so u can fly them in fast.

 

I have like 31 skills and I am going for the 43 I have 10 drones 10 havocs I want spartans but I need to get herc befor that is it worth the uri to open kappa ? n discount

 

Since chanse for hercules is better its not bad, do it at sunday so you can get 2 hercules in 1 gate. My advice is go for 10 hercules so u can change it to spartan, 10 more hercules for fast confi should be last thing to do when you got 43 pp, all lf4, laser protocol for pet .... last thing 10 bonus hercules because kappa is really expensive.
