[SC] pvp masters wanted

    ok since jpa be holding off and ta seasons coming up guess it be a good time to ask about some advice when it comes to pvp

    ive seen a few vids on youtube on jpa and just hunting also checked out okapis guide for success.
    so this first post i wanna know about is formations

    formations that i see all the time in vids are
    heart
    pincer
    diamond chervon
    moth crab
    its basically like a game of rock paper scissors

    chervon beats speccy
    crab beats moth
    moth beats ring
    etc etc

    so ofc i would start of with heart then switch over to pincer and depending on the situation u might know which to use.
    however i dont know in the situation when to use diamond or moth or pincer
    especially diamond id like to the in various situations when to use these

    also would lance be a good formation in jpa or ta? cause i would think quickly to when after the guy instas and emp u emp then freeze rocket put on lance drop a ddm kami and smart bomb. then switch to something like moth to knock em out. dunno its just a thought if lance is worth in jpa or ta

    Lance if used right is devastating. Also pincer is useless now compared to drill. Never used it even before drill, too tiny. I find crab or diamond to be better.

    pincer isnt pincer makes it so you take out more shield than HP. used with Diminsher, you take out alot of shield fast. drill sucks when fighting against moth as you penetrate HP more.

    If they're running drill pincer isn't gonna help much. Swapping to crab to counter it or to drill to knock down their health would be more effective in the long run. You don't want shield when someone is mothballing you so to speak. If they have high shields with moth don't sab them with pincer for crying out loud, moth them in turn or if you're alreayd low on shields drill.

    Sorry to not answer the OP question, but seriously to play D.O. with all the formations = ADD and counter moves - ha...I don't' do that I just have five buttons and do just fine along with a mousetrap ;)
