[SC] Question about Indoctrine Oil [Returning Player]

I just got back to the game after months of not playing. Where to get Indoctrine oil needed to craft the cyborg ship?

 

The current main way is the Quarantine Zone group gate*, some other ways are: can also get some oil from the Daily Login Bonus Calendar, at times during events/event missions and when the "Tiered Spender"* event is on(can differ at times what get though).


*Since the FAQ that describes how to actually get in the Quarantine Zone is an old event FAQ(so lots of other things in the mix), I'll put a copy/paste of another post of mine in a spoiler. That should help you understand more:

Firstly need an Immunizer CPU(find on Assembly) to be able to enter the gate(X-7 middle), which need Hybrid Alloy to make:

How to get Hybrid Alloy is the following: Pop Blighted Kristallon's that can find on a X-7 map, which a Blighted Gygerthrall will spawn from them and then there is a 50% chance an Alloy Box will drop after popping a Blighted Gygerthrall.




Although the minimum amount of players needed to enter is 2 now, but of course I recommend closer to 8 people so it doesn't take too long/use as much ammo. There is also boosters you can buy to increase the amount/chance of getting Indoctrine Oil and Hybrid Alloy*, which can buy from Shop>Extras(payment). And also is a Uridium one that increases chance by 20%, which also stacks with the payment booster version(Shop>Boosters).

*I believe it is just the "rolls" the chance booster effects and not the chance of an Alloy Box dropping though.

As to the "Tiered Spender" you can tell when/if it's going to be on by looking at the Calendar and it will appear in the "Newsletter" on the backpage. "Tiered Spender" being an event that when you buy Uridium you also get extra stuff, as to how much oil can get:

• 15,000 Uridium + 3 Indoctrine Oil.

• 30,000 Uridium + 10 Indoctrine Oil.

• 75,000 Uridium + 30 Indoctrine Oil.

• 150,000 Uridium + 70 Indoctrine Oil.

• 330,000 Uridium + 145 Indoctrine Oil.

(meaning if buy "330K" Uri one you get 145 oil etc, of course during MHH/Helix etc still get same amount of oil)
