[SC] Recording Software

Alright, I freaking love Windows 10, but now, I can't use Fraps anymore because of it, and I do not want to go back to Windows 7 just to use it.

Anyone got an equal or better software to use to record browsers? Thanks

 

If you have a Nvidia graphics card I would definitely recommend checking out 'Shadowplay'. It has virtually no effect on performance and can be set to desktop so you can record your browser that way.

The one downside is the best bitrate it offers is a fair amount lower than the best bitrate fraps offers, however youtube's compression means that if you upload a video to there it will be very had to find a difference.

Ugh, I don't have an NVidia card, but eh, NVidia stuff seem to work on this for some reason cx

You need the Nvidia control panel to have access to it, so would be surprised if you can use it without having oen of their graphics cards.

Another alternative would be 'Bandicam', if you search around a bit you can probably find a crack of it to remove the watermark x)

Yeah bandicam is good it's limited to 10-minute increments unless you buy it though but it's worked fine for me
