[SC] Solo hunting

Quick question other than Goli whats the best design/ship for solo hunting?

 

Probably the vengeance in either lighting or pusat design. If you are going to use them you're looking at more of a 'hit and run' tactic where you quickly kill somebody off a NPC then get away before more people show up. Your biggest weakness in the veng will be lack of HP, so anyone hard hitting can kill you quickly if they use moth.

 

id say aegis is pretty good for hunting. i use low shields in aegis but hit hard, mostly do the hit and run thing with vengi but in aegis i can rep myself lol

 

I prefer the pusat, suicide on 1 fig and 2nd fig about 500k shields. Gotta remember to keep moving, if you sit still you are dead.

 

The goli bc it can take alot of hits but it depends on your server if u get grouped then vegy sinces u can get out fast unless a pusant is on u then go out with a bang lol an aegis is real good for groups with all boosters even cool down booster u will be pretty much a tank.

 

Ive never been tempted by the pusat, its a imbalanced mess. I always go with goli, i never run suicide and smash those that come at me with it. My configs are a secret and always catch players off guard.

Pusat you shouldn't run on suicide as it is really, really squishy.
