[SC] SPACEBALL PUNISHMENT

We all know that the advanced jump cpu destroyed all life and fun in the battle maps, so..........

How about the 2 losing sides in spaceball will not be allowed to use the advanced jump cpu for 1 day after the event ends?

This will force 2 companys back into the battle maps leaving the 3rd company to hunt them as they try to pass through the maps!!

Will give a good incentive to play spaceball

disagree with the statement because I and others alike just wont play. This concludes the reason that Football TDM has no interest nor participation

 

Only ones you would get are the new players as everyone else has ships in uppers and lowers (and pirates) to start from, and newbie hunting is one of the worst forms in game.

 

oh yh i forgot about the ability to just use another ship lol oh well guess the old days of battle map fun are gone for good then

 

Some players still box in there which gets things going but with most of the orbit chat out, its not the same as it used to be. You don't really see bases in there anymore, at least I don't.

 

Bases are still having issues with Modules not returning to inventory when being replaced, so most people are not even building them until they get their upgraded Modules back. Chat is not out for everyone it is an unlucky few (sorry to say like PSK~SUNDANCE is effected), but other than having to clear the caches and history I have not missed a single day of chat. Battle maps have become a botters paradise since the addition of additional Hangars and the AJP-01 chip, which currently is being told to remove from ships to reduce amount of lag seen in game (which is an item I refuse to remove and I am still dealing with lag after about 45 minutes if I do not log out of the maps and back in).

Back to the OP. With the problems that people are suffering from with the recent Updates/Additions/Upgrades adding any type of penalization to the game is just adding salt to the wounds and is not going to be acceptable to most of the community. If the game did not have so many other issues and the maps were full all the time then I could agree that we get more people involved in the Space/Foot ball events and give company wide Rewards for the First and Second place Companies (assuming points were scored by more than one company) but an actual Penalty is not going to fly.
