[SC] Speakers Corner Not For Speaking Out

This is really becoming a joke where you can't speak your mind. Why keep brushing problems under the table guys as they aren't going anywhere.
You make it so hard to speak out and don't face up to problems in game at all, why do we even bother with forums anyway as nothing gets done, it's getting extremely pathetic now!!!

 

It isn't so much brushing problems under the table as it is doing their best not to acknowledge them.
If management, Devs or even a single Mod were to respond to the many concerns about the state of the game it would be like admitting what many players believe - DO has lost control of the game and has no idea how to address the "oh so obvious to players" issues and imbalances we deal with every time we log in.

For example, a mod closing a thread and referring the OP to post in a thread that is over 12 months old and been totally ignored by the OP and his/her bosses and team members is little more than saying - We really don't care what you have to say, just put your comments "here" so we can ignore then all in one place.

IMO, the DO team is well aware of the issues that concern players the most but are unable to address them for reasons they aren't prepared to share with players. This is the reason we will never receive feedback from the DO team to feedback threads they start and leave open for [in some cases] years.

Many games with community forums; 10% of all players will use the forums at least once and only 10% of those will become regular forum users - While gaming companies do ask for feedback in various ways from their player base it isn't widely used as a primary means of balancing or "improving" games.
