    The top 6 threads in this section of the SPEAKERS CORNER - are about rules from the devs - telling customers how they should speak - this is not really encouraging people to speak....

    Hello,

    Only one of those is the "rules" of the section. The rest of the stickied threads are Moderator hall posts (2), a thread dedicated to those who wish to converse on the matter of cheating in the game, the unofficial DO thread were teasers and upcoming info tend to get posted, and a thread about how to apply to be a moderator.

    Some of those have their own rules for the threads themselves, but that does not dictate the entire section.

    If you take time to read through the threads you might get an idea of how they are utilized, and of the other threads that exist in Speakers Corner.
