  1. I sent support a message concerning my accounts security 5 days ago and I'm concerned whether the message went through or not.


    Support: I have sent the information for processing. Please allow 1-5 business days for us to get back to you.

  2. I would personally change my password immediately until Support get back to you..
     
  3. When you messaged them the second time was it in response to your original ticket (in your email) or did you create another ticket? Another ticket just slows the process down.

    As long as you get the automated message with the ticket number they have received your message and with the influx of complaints over the A.S. fiasco they are very busy dealing with "tickets" right now. Sorry to join with the broken record, but you must be patient, and they can not push the Tech Team any faster than they are going.

    Like theOtherKey said change your password, and I would change my email address as these are the main items for your account security.

  4. I understand what your saying but my situation is unique. Not saying anyones else's isn't but I can't currently change the password. I can not go into details. But thank you. I will be patient hopefully they will respond soon.
     
  5. Okay so from the cryptic response the account has been "HACKED" and is no longer in your control. With this assumption in place the odds of having it returned to you are very slim. There are all kinds of threads about keeping your account information personal and not sharing it with anyone. Email addresses are your initial protection, use one for the game and another for correspondence with players within the game. Passwords, even though using multiple are difficult to remember all of them, need to be non-related to your personal information.

    One of the first people I watched before I started the game had his account stolen, he allowed a Fellow Clansman to access his account to help set Bio and configs, and was the last time he played on that account (support could not retrieve the account even knowing the person who stole it).

    Any time that you think your account is in danger you need to change the Email Address and Password immediately. Using FREE email services it is easy to have several email addresses just for this purpose.

    You need to wait patiently your ticket to be answered, theres no else solutions as account security problems cannot be dealed at forums.
    keep in mind that english support team is one of the most busy ones (alongside with german and turkish support team) :)

    be prepared to dig up a lot of info about your account if you need to prove that you are the real owner of the account :eek:

    Hello,

    If it has been more than 1-5 days, have you tried checking in for an update? It's possible they may need to bump something if you haven't heard from them.

    If the ticket isn't allowing you to respond anymore you may then need to create a new one as it's possible the ticket may have automatically closed due to no new activity on it.

    Hopefully that helps:) Although, as this sort of issue is something only support can help with we are going to have to leave this in their hands.
