[SC] tech help

    ok first off im no computer person and know never little of computers and their components. so i dont know any particular forum that contributes to my needs. therefore bare with me :/

    so 95% of my play time comes from a tablet. so i got no mouse and no physical keyboard. im typing with the touch screen keyboard that literally takes up half the space of the screen.

    a surface rt with windows 8.1
    NVIDIA(R) TEGRA(R) 3 Quad Core CPU, 1300 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor
    2 gb ram

    oh and its an ARM based pc. for those who dont know which is partof i think microsoft (again know nothing about computers) means i cant download any other broswer like chrome or firefox i am restricted to IE only.

    clearly i would get around 7 fps but able to play 3d. in fact its easier and a bit more smoother than in 2d. but i still lag a lot.


    so my question is if there is any way i can increase my performance if there is any particular app if i need to enable a particlar component or deactivate something on my tablet,pls let me know
