    If they open test server they usually post it on their official pages - facebook , or its also here in official announcements. Unfortunately for you, they cant just open test server anytime anyone ask for.

    Actually SauronL is correct. If it just stayed open, nobody would play the regular servers, any of them. That said, nobody has a need to spend any money in the test server. I know, I know, somebody has. But the point is they give you so much in the test server, there is no reason to spend anything. Its just a giant whiteboard for play. Actually it is a chaotic whiteboard and as much as everyone complains about servers being dead, I am glad it is not like that.:oops:
