    Hello I write just to you because i think you are the only one who can help me,
    I saw last time you replied post from players on this forum so i decide to write you because i think you are fair and you can help me.
    Iam player from czech 1 and today when i try to login the login page told me you are identified as botuser your account is banned permanently, so i write to czech support whats wrong but they replied to me just something like our system is perfect you are bot user there is no space for more conversation, but i never use any third party program or some helper program (like macro or bot.. you know ofc), i got up every day 3 hour earlier and go to kill solo cubes and at the evening a make some gates or doing uber npcs, i didnt collect boxes actively maybe for 1 year so i dont know why is my account banned.
    I know i was banned by system but nothing is perfect and i know about the 12.11. 2013 when was system broken and a lots of accounts were banned without any reason and then was unbanned when players writting to support a lot.
    So i believe you would be fair and you can help me, and maybe you can check my account manually because my account is clear because i play fair and spend a lot of time and money to this account thank you for your time and for your help
