[SC] UNACCEPTABLE BUG...

Also i its clear that DO states that you will receive one design per gate and cannot receive duplicates. This is very clearly wrong and they need to change the phrasing of the Goliath Surprise Pack tool tip or fix the gate payout to what they stated. its in black and white you evidently do not receive what was stated which is misleading information which i have a huge problem with as it has caused me to spend
based of the statement which is wrong and compensation is only justified.

Send me a message after you sue BP and tell me how the court went on, hope you win the design... it's not like you were not completing(so paying) those gates anyways.
And please stop saying the same thing over and over again, I don't want to fill up my brain's memory with this things that BP stated. Not useful for me.

 

You are pointing out the same thing I have been trying to say all along. There is nothing in the posting saying you will get ALL of the designs. There is a chance for 5 of them and with the new Hangar system you are unable to receive more than one design to an account. The fact that people are taking the statement as an ENTITLEMENT to collect ALL 5 without receiving any DUPLICATES is where the entire problem stems from. There is no chance to this it is strictly a roll of the dice as to what will be awarded. D O has allowed you to see what is being awarded even though it is not (since you can not have duplicated designs) sorry you feel entitled to a design every time you run a gate as this was never stated in the Surprise Pack description.

But then this is "MY COMPLEX" and I have no idea about what is happening. Thank you relax for trying to help them understand what I have been saying all along.

 

The complex comment was not for you but for the OP. Get over yourself and reread the thread. On the other note, I agree, players should not expect to get a design/ship just because they did a gate. If that was the case, you would only have to do 16-20 for drone designs and another 31-45 for LF4, so 65 max for each ship you want ufe. While it would be nice, it would take out the chance factor and I am thinking the OP knows that is not going to happen. Why should it happen for some ship/designs?

 

I wasn't saying you were not helping, or at least trying. I was saying that the complexity of your complex is not really allowing you to make yourself clearer in your explanations to this people. That until I tried it for myself and found out that some of them are actually really ... and it's a complete waste of time(not that I was gonna do something else with that time anyways).
But, as I noticed and other forum inhabitants pointed out, you are just posting too much, that's the complex. And yea, sometimes it's useless too. Good luck.

There's already a thread that's touched on this, so this one is going to be closed regardless, though the flaming definitely doesn't help it to stay open either.

Anyway, as said numerous times, this is a bug. Yes the breaking news bit on the backpage says you will not receive a duplicate ship you already own, and yes it's presently rewarding dupes anyway - it's a bug. No that doesn't make it taste any better for those getting dupes instead of the ship they want/don't own, but there isn't much we can do about it until it's fixed.

If there is any compensation for this, I rather imagine it would be handled by the dev team and/or accompanying script at this point so that anyone affected might not be missed. So if that comes to pass we'll more than likely be putting up an announcement of some sort at least to let people know.
