[SC] warning against other players

How can one warn others against other players that shoot at their own? That is shooting at someone from the same company?

 

Need more information from you. Are you trying to tell someone that is attacking you? Are they warning you? The system automatically sends a warning to the attacker that they are attacking a friendly and should not continue for loss of Honor happens if they should continue. If you are trying to give the warning because you see them attacking a friendly they may be at WAR with them if they are both Clan Tagged. You can always use "/w" with the username of the ship to send them a private warning against doing that. in chat.

 

someone was attacking me on a home-map, while I was shooting some aliens. I just want to warn other eic-players against that guy. And I am not a mamber of any clan.

 

Usually you will be in the Company tab of the Chat and let everyone in there know of this same company attacker. IF you have become friends with some Clans you could contact their Leaders (using the back page message system) and let them know so their members can be on the look out for this player.

You do know you do not lose honor for defending yourself in this situation, as long as the attack was started by them and you did not stop firing you can kill them without the punishment.

sorry to break it to you but nobody cares about company attacker. the whole company system makes no sense because friendly fire is allowed.

 

The Forums are not the place for it as this is a server/Company issue not a Game issue.

Actually it is not allowed, but some people just don't know/care about the negative Honor they get or are having another player get the first shot in and just help them to kill you. But you are correct that very few care about the Company Loyalty and is the BIGGEST ISSUE in D O today.

I care. I join one company (well I was put here), and then I join a clan. I haven't change and I guess I will not leave either. I try to better both company and clan, and hope to do it honorably too. I'm not the best, but I try.

Okay so you care now what do you or your Clan do to teach these Same Company Attackers it is not acceptable? It USED to be there was a LIST of these passed to Allied Clan Leaders called the KOS (Killed On Sight) List and ALL Outlaws and Company Attackers/Spies made this list and we shared the Honor loss when we killed them before they attacked us, but generally we had them attack one of us and they got the "Red Lock" and the rest of us joined in for the kill.

First of all, I don't see my member out and about. I seen the clan leader once, and he took off. I seen 4 members, and only one join up in a group. We flew together for awhile then he left (log off). I don't know about those list. I hear about members joining up to get credits or Uridium, and then leave after they got what they wanted. I don't know if clan leader does with those people. I hope DO has an option that the clan leader can reclaim his losses. I have never asked for anything from my clan except the right to build Space Station. That is the only reason I join a clan. My other server I'm independent. My first server I was independent for a very long time. Then I found out I needed a clan to build a station. I had all these parts and I wanted to use them.

I'm a good sailor too, and if my clan asked I would do what I could do. If my clan member is fighting big or small, I'll fight too.

I not good in writing and I don't email very much. I have done more writing here than the whole year of 2017 for others at least 1,000 times more. When I write, it takes me a long time to do it. I will read it several times to see if I have it right.

I know what I do. When I see a fellow clan member I'm there to help in anyway I can. I do the same for my company. If they are attacked (company and clan) then they are attacking me too. I will fight back the best as I can.

One more thing. I also help weaker people too. I don't care what clan or company the are. The only time I don't help is when my company is attacking a weaker person. I leave in sadness. I might not help very much, and I die too most of the time. What are we here for?

The only game I play is "Capture the Beacon" because I know how to play and want our company to be on top. I might like to play other events, but I can't fine the rules in the FAQ section or search mode. I missing them somewhere. But again I don't play at night very much too. I'm a morning person.
