Just made a program that calculates this, look at the output below:

How many LF-4 lasers do you have to upgrade? 35

Are all of your SG3N-BO2 shields: (1) The same level; (2) Different levels? 1
What level are all of your SG3N-BO2 shields? 1
How many SG3N-BO2 shields do you have to upgrade? 35

Are all of your drones: (1) The same level; (2) Different levels? 1
What level are all of your drones? 1
How many drones do you have to upgrade? 10

Are all of your HST-2 rocket launchers: (1) The same level; (2) Different levels? 1
What level are all of your HST-2 rocket launchers? 1
How many HST-2 rocket launchers do you have to upgrade? 1

How many % rebate do you have? 0

Assuming you use 100% chance to upgrade your items, it will cost you:
- 3,648,750 Uridium to upgrade your LF-4 lasers;
- 3,648,750 Uridium to upgrade your SG3N-BO2 shields;
- 1,042,500 Uridium to upgrade your drones;
- 104,250 Uridium to upgrade your HST-2 rocket launchers;
For a total of 8,444,250 Uridium to upgrade all of your items to the maximum level.

This isn't even made that much better by upgrade hour, at around 6.3m Uri.

With 30% rebate (and upgrade hour), you would be looking at 3.8m on the dot.

A bit too much, don't you think, for 6-12% damage and 15-30% shield?

5 points on the skill tree can get you 25% shield. Another 5 can get you 12% dmg.

For a comfortable 25 skill points that get you this bonus, you pay 900k Uri. Disproportial DO. Not even taking in to account rebate, prem or 25% discount on logs.

30 Zetas will also do the job, on double GG rewards day...

To reach your desired skill point, you will need:
2,950 Logdisks; which is:
885,000 Uridium

 

So...what was about increasing the payment Uri price? 330K (in MHH 990K) Uri for 100€.

Spending more than 400€ for a game or playing for more than 5 years for getting everything as free2play? Definitively worth. The bugs, laggs and overpowered are enjoyments.
