[SC] What is up with this??

The vengeance design, Pusat, is a new ship, instead of a design to the vengeance ship. To me it should just be on it's own as a newer ship. Putting it on the vengeance is like saying you're replacing the vengeance. The vengeance ship, even more than before, has lesser cred than the bigboy without it's best designs. It's as if the vengeance should just be made a credit ship or price reduced. There are other people wondering how you can turn a old ship to a new ship just in a design way. This is a "what is up with this??" time that we need to chat about this because this could be sending dark orbit the worst direction, and what does it mean for other ships, even the credit ships?

Don't mistake something that says "under designs" to just be a design and not something else more than that which this, Pusat, is more like, and should just be a ship on it's own. It brings the regular vengeance's cred down.

 

Not sure why anyone is wanting it to be its own separate ship, that would change literally nothing and only mean it takes up its own hanger slot. Seems like such a weird argument to say it "brings down the vengeance credibility", if you don't like it then just don't use it.

Your thread is also you asking a question then arguing that the answers are wrong lol. The Pusat is a design for the vengeance, you buy it and then you select it in the design area for the veng, can't really argue that its not a design.

 

His point is whether it should be considered a design or a ship but really it's fine the way it is. Vengi imo has always been a glass cannon even before the pusat. Big engines small cockpit decent damage top speed. Hit and run. A strike ship. A good team ship. Saying pusat should be it's own ship is like saying a goli with Saturn and heart and boosters and Hercules should be a citadel

2. The Pusat design gives a different dynamic to the vengi just like the Lightning and the rest of the Vengi designs.
3. Where were you when the Pusat came out? This design was discussed at length both before and after it came out. Less cred than a BigBoy? Your kidding right?
4. The vengi alone is an awesome ship for doing "almost" anything on the game. And that is before putting a design on it. For years we had the lightning design, awesome also, and finally after years of goliath designs coming out, not to mention the designs for the support ships, they give another design for the vengi that gives it a power kick.

Is it as powerful as a goli with damage design, no. But by no means does that mean the game is going in the worst direction.

Tell the other people you need help with your argument. We would welcome some meat for your argument instead of just a moment to say you started a thread.

 

It being it's own ship would mean it's own status which is more than just an extra ship slot, and it would be as much as a ship as any ship already because it is another ship, than so much a design. The vengeance's credibility is dropped because it dismisses that ship in what it's been all about, even with the designs it already has had.

I'm trying to say that the game is disguising a ship in a design and instead of them doing that they should just let it be a ship on it's own that would fully develop on it's on and not just put it in another ships place and just dismiss that other ship like it doesn't matter.

From what you're saying, it is.

 

I'm talking about actual ship changes like gun slots and those things that make the ships, not a config, boosters, and saturn. Ship stats that are ship stats.

 

Regardless it is still a vengeance. The pusat simply adds more options. It's KINDA like citadel with and without elite. Normal citadel is good with team good with survivability. Citadel elite hits harder but it's fortress ability is weakened. The same kinda thing is happening with vengeance. It got more damage, and speed, but lost some survivability. And by some, I mean a lot.

 

If you're going to forever ignore what a ship is then nobody can tell anything to you. It's just you that wants to see what you want to see. I just go with the basics which stats give and tell the definition of ships, and that's the only so called design of any ship I know that has changed those stats that only new ships are suppose to get or old ships that the game feels like they can change those ships stats a little bit like they have done. Citadel elite doesn't change ship stats. It goes off them. The pusat design doesn't go off the vengeance's stats. The pusat goes off it's own stats.

 

Same applies to the Surgeon, Diplomat, Envoy and Ambassador, they all stray from the default ship laser / shield numbers - yet there's no outcry for them to be their own ships.

The point you are raising doesn't help anyone in anyway, it seems like you are a bit OCD on what you think should be a ship and what you think should be a design.
Its not a big concern to anyone at all. If you made it as its own ship then you would just be forcing people to buy a new hanger to use it.

 

Buy some Hangers then and be EPIC. There is no WIN WIN ship on this game, closest thing would be SURGEON, hope they don't put that in the shop anytime soon (cough nudge wink). Imagine that, a server all GREEN eeewww hehehe

There is always the option of buying a second hangar and having a vengi in one hangar and a pusat in the other, bang now your pusat is its own ship ......

 

There's no reason for it to be. EVEN IF iT WAS MADE IT'S OWN SHIP THE VENGEANCE WOULD STILL BE AT A LOSS FOR CREDIBILITY if anything. Even though it's not. You have two options now. Higher health vengeance more durable, or lower health glass cannon vengi

The pusat looks like a glasshouse. I throws rocks and stones everywhere...so many windows broken and ships destroyed

#2 The lightning and the rest of the vengi designs don't change the ship make. They are because of the ship make like they couldn't be
without that part. The pusat just becomes it's own make for it's self and just uses the sense of the vengeance to become
that and that's it.
#3 My time on the game because a lot of the smoothness was a lot less during that time. People will discuss things on here without
thinking about everything or ignoring a lot the game is or traditionally been, but believing they know everything. Yes, less cred
than a bigboy because it's like the pusat is a diss to the vengeance and it's spot as it's own ship. The pusat is just something
that covers up the vengeance so it loses it's recognition and value and makes the vengeance just the past. The bigboy is
still present and no design has covered it up or crushes down it's reputation value like the pusat does the vengeance so
I'm real about that.
#4 The veng isn't getting that recognition for being able to do anything in the game and the pusat makes it invisible. I can understand
percentages relating to the make of a ship, but pusat has nothing to do with associating at all to the vengeance to even be a true
design of the vengeance like these other ship designs have been to their makes.


You say I need to tell other people something, but this is what I'm telling you.

I'm talking about ship designs that can be bought, right now, or have ever been bought. Look at the top poll before your obsessive, compulsive "anyone" that you keep saying because everyone isn't in that "anyone".

I'm only talking about game principle and what's suppose to be believed.

 

So now I must ask you what server you play. I am on 7 with USA West my main. That said, the Pusat has not made the vengi invisible on any other them. I see vengi with every design all the time and would have to say I see the Lightning design more than the Pusat. I have all the vengi designs and personally like the lightning the most.

I actually just saw a bigboy for the first time in over a month today. I see more vengi being used in hunt then goli. Its the ship that new players use to get things done until they can get the goli load of equipment, and rightfully so. What recognition are you looking for? I am still looking for the recognition the bigboy has after playing for over 3 years, and I used it for a couple months solid when I first started playing, and still have it in a hanger gathering dust.

 

I'm USA3 and it's more rare seeing a vengeance and it's way more skipped on to get a almost free goliath in auction. You can see a big boy by chance more over here and might see it more likely than seeing a plain vengeance at times. Two months in any ship doesn't give you the true feel and how to develop of a ship so I can see why you're still looking for the recognition, but it's there and not in rumor.
