[SC] when will i get my kronos?

Hi i already posted a thread before and im writing again is it possible that you can give me kronos as you said Galaxy gates were not being added to krnos count and and i did many lamba and it did not get counted i even posted to support.

just want to know that are you doing something or forgot about it

and if this doesnt answer your thread then Support or an FM will have to reply... and just a comment..bumping your thread with another thread is not popular.. and likewise with Support if you and everyone were to repeat their mail then Support would be slowed further... We all know they have plenty to deal with atm and they have even agreed that there are issues... We are all special to ourselves (even myself) but to Support we are in a queue and will have our problems/issues looked at asap..

They probably won't give you gates back because you were able to finish the gate and get the rewards all you didn't get is the count towards kronos. Enjoy

 

Hello,

If you didn't receive lambda parts for Kronos during the last gg double rewards, I believe support should be able to help get it squared away for you now. I don't think this was done automatically like the boosters rather needing manually done instead as the lambda/kronos issue is a bit of crossing t's and dotting i's as it were.

While I would generally recommend patience, if you haven't written them yet it may be of help to write them this weekend, especially if you would like to take advantage of the double rewards from gates atm.

Either way am sure you'll get to square it away in the end
