    If I missed to do or accept the winter mission for today (e.g. # 5 easy and #6 hard) will still it be available tomorrow? or will it be replaced by #7 and #8 ?

    i missed one from yesterday, and logged on today to find it had gone, and replaced with #5 and #6 ! hope this helps :)
