So I've had this 20' screen for years and got me a 40' screen today. The purpose for this was also to have a bigger darkorbit screen, but it is still identically the same. My resoluation is on the highest 1920 x 1080.

So how does terror the legend (ex. this video ) have such a wide darkorbit screen?

    STILLWRONG,
The video may have been recorded at a much higher resolution than 1920x1080. There are many high-end monitors that achieve these higher resolutions and may result in the screen appearing this way.

Do you have any further questions?

    Best regards,

  3. I have a 17' screen and it looks the same as terrors ... maybe cuz of the video.. but i dont see it bigger than mine

Take your screen back and get one with a higher resolution. Then you will be able to see more of the space map and get accused of autolock left right and centre :)

I am not satisfied with these answers. I have one of the best screens there is on the market, I didn't buy trash. I want this thread to stay opened and/or be passed on to a mod/admin who knows about this.

  6. look up 4k res screens and do some research, if you are still on normal HD then you bought a normal HD res screen, only way to increase res is to get a higher res screen. read your specs or post them so we can see what screen you have maybe then i can help you a little better

the screen I bought is full HD. I'll try to figure out the specs

  8. 4K UHD display (resolution: 3840x2160, 140ppi) - equaling 4X the resolutionof Full HD 1080p
full HD only gives you 1920 x 1080.
    you see the difference

    HD 1080 (1080i, 1080p), FullHD (FHD) 1920×1080
    (QSXGA) 2560×2048
    2160p (4K UHD) 3840×2160
    (4K) 4096×2304
    (8K) 8192×4608
HD is now a low standard.
for a 40' monitor and its HD that for tv not pc.
    rather get a 32' 2560x2048 or something
