    So season pass ends in 12 days and I still have an mission 15 BP objectives for Hitac? How is anyone who has these missions going to finish it when Hitac never came during the whole season pass.

    That's because devs copied the last season pass while having those objectives on. They didn't bother turn those off in these 4(?) months.

    The high level of QA and testing is very noticeable.

    I would rate it up with the high enforcement of 'app users' and punishements that make no deterrent to them.
