Section 1 of Balanced system: Weapons

    As some have given me ideas to deviate from the "Balancing System Thread" I will make separate sections and go into detail each specific element of the game eg. weapons, ships etc.

    (Goal) The primary goal of this idea is to remove the sheer unbalanced aspect of hitting high damage and add some sort of new aspect in which almost every item will have a certain buff and debuff to fully balance out the effect, thus making for some interesting match ups and battles, You will be able on some items to purchase them for either credits or uridium, whichever suits your fancy
    All of these weapons are Laser Cannons
    (+) Is buff
    (-) Is debuff
    (*) Is passive effect

    Name: Paint Shredder
    (+) 40% Greater Firing speed
    (+) Uses 1/2 ammo per shot as opposed to 1 ammo per shot
    (-) 20% less damage
    (-) Aliens inflict 20% more damage to you
    (-) 10% less accurate
    Price: 30 000 credits
    Description: Every second counts! With this new weapon, you will be able to have much higher firing speed and outlast your opponents in long duration battles. Be sure you have a strong ship however as aliens will surely hunt you down.

    Name: Fire 'N Brimstone
    (+) Every 5 seconds fires a short range cloud of fire and lingers for 15 seconds
    (+) Deals 200 burn damage every second for 10 seconds totaling 2 000
    (-) All damage done by aliens ignore shield
    (-) 20% slower turn speed
    (*) Functions like a normal laser cannon, except every 5 seconds fires short range cloud.
    Price: 45 000 Credits
    Description: Can't get enough fire? This weapon will suit all your pyromania needs, however circling can be a bore and dealing with damage can be a chore.

    Name: Medic!
    (+) Heals 2 500 damage per second on target
    (+) Requires no ammo
    (-) Heals enemies and aliens
    (-) Uses your HP to heal target
    (-) Cannot use normal laser cannons in the same loadout
    (-) Uses your shield to heal target shield
    (*) Switch between shield and HP to heal
    Price: 50 000 Credits
    Description: Ever wished you could be a medic? Well now you can! With this cannon, you will be able to heal anything, but be careful who you target, as you can heal enemies too. Watch your Hull, heal too much and you yourself could get killed!

    Name: Fisticuffs
    (+) 40% chance to knock back target
    (+) 30% chance to scramble target (if you want to go up, you go down , similar to binary bot)
    (+) 15% chance to concuss (Screen goes black for 5 seconds)
    (-) 30% less damage
    (-) Rockets fired at you ignore shield
    (-) You are seen on minimap (anyone on the same map will be able to see your dot on the minimap)
    Price: 70 000 Credits
    Description: Be the Muhammad Ali of space and knock around those bullies! Be careful, you are an obvious target.

    Name: LF 1.5
    (+) 35% more accurate
    (-) Uses 2 ammo per shot as opposed to 1 per shot
    (*) Always deals 50 damage, no more no less
    Price: 15 000 credits
    Description: Less efficient, more accurate, simple as that.

    Name: MP 1.5
    (+) Can store up to 5 laser ammo (on a Goliath, up to 75 ammo without drones) and fire in a single blast
    (-) 20% less accuracy
    (-) Stray lasers can hit teammates
    (*) Always deals 75 damage, no more no less
    Price: 50 000 Credits
    Description: A shotgun, at a price of collateral damage.
