[UIP] See group player's missions.

    While I was playing the game while doing missions with my clan, the idea of allowing players in groups to see what missions that we're doing.

    For an example as you imagine this.
    On the ! icon, there will be "My quests", and "Player in group", then the group window pops up where you have to select a player, and the quest window will synchronize of the selected player's quest and how many kills they have and how many left to kill.
