Sep and prom gens

    Been adding sep and prom to gens today and amount once again is not changing. I thought this issue has been fixed but guess not. In us east 1. Was working until today so please have someone look into it. Lost a few million last time.

    Hi JASS,

    We believe there is currently an issue where the resources you add to your lasers (as an example), will not add correctly until you re-log your client and log back in again.

    However i find that this issue only happens whenever you try to add the total cargo capacity. For example if a ship has a capacity of 2000 and tries to add 2000 resources to lasers, it will encounter the issue. However if you add 1900 resources to lasers then it will add on fine.

    Therefore whilst we get support to investigate the issue further, please can i advise that you try adding the resources on in smaller quantities and hopefully this will reduce the chance of this issue happening.

    Thanks Ddraig but makes no difference how much you add.It's not the amount. I tried many different amounts and the same thing happens.

    Funny how when glitches that are an advantage to DO they take their sweet time responding, but if this was to the players advantage they would have fixed it in a minute. And they wonder why people are leaving in droves.
