    i sent sep to my ship 3 times using instant send and each time it has not sent the right amount I was attempting to send 3031 sep each time and have only received 600 first time 3 second time and 47 third time can you please rectify this and correct it or replace the uridium it has cost me to do this thank you

    Wrong section doe. Try technical section or support although I doubt you'll get far let alone a refund.
