serial number?

    Since I need to make a ticket to support about my blacklist there one thing in there I dont know what to write which is serial number, can anyone tell me what it is as soon as you can. Thank you
     
  2. What serial number are you talking about? I have never seen in this game something like serial number. Do you think of user ID?

    when i make a ticket.... a message to support about blacklist and a serial number comes up and the user id.
     
  4. When you make a ticket via "back" page, there is no serial number I am aware of. You write your mail, as you are logged in it won't ask for your user information, choose department and your message.

    I am sorry, but I think I am not able to help you as I have never seen serial number. When you message them, wait, they will reply on your mail.

    basically i made another thread of me being on blacklist from some reason right, so one of them said we cant help you must contact support so i did. once i clicked support it says the support aint here now and there was a link at the bottom and i clicked it it said me a ticket about your problem. there was serial number and i didnt what was it and the other i knew.

    Just made a ticket no serial number unless you are calling the catha a serial number.

    Question

    Since you are are blacklisted are you logged out (clicking the link on the login page) or in (on the backpage i.e. the skylab, auction, hanger) ?

    *COBRA1*, If you are referring to your UserID, it can be found on your back page in the upper-right corner. If you are unable to log into your account to get this information, skip that field, and provide as much information regarding your account as possible (ship name, registered email address, etc.) that can help Support find your account.
