server lags!

    today i was doing zeta and server start lag again ( like all the time last feaw days) but this time not only homepage but also game. lost 2 lives and of course didn't get havoc. fix this [removed] game. why we pay for it if it not even working like it should to be!? Every time i do gate (kappa/zeta) if i lose any live i don't get [removed] + i wan't my refound for my 50% exp booster!

    Please don't use offensive language within the forum. I will give you the benefit of the doubt this time, but should you continue you will receive an official warning. I understand that you are frustrated however this is no excuse to violate the forum rules.

    We can only apologize for the issues you may have experienced over the past few days however we are unable to deal with compensation queries here in the forum. For any compensation query you would need to contact support however i would add that their current focus and priority is trying to fix the issues/
