Severs down

Servers on the log in page are down yet again. The tec team are far to slow fixing such issues but very quick to take your money. It it is time they got of there rear end stop drinkig coffe and get some work done.

 

seems between 4.30pm - 6pm servers go down might be kids logging on after school servers cant handle it or something else it is pain if game was free it would be ok but as a lot pay for membership and for events it needs fixing

 

yet another event i buy box doubler and after few hours thoght id get mum to bring my dinner to desk and guess wat servers down everytime i spend money cant play jeez wats going on programmers pls pls after years of play and still issues come on guys gels fix me game thanku

think we should have refund for our memberships or compensation every time servers go down

 

Servers down,last month so many issues chrashed many time in eternal gate in midlle fight,20 time i ask support what to do and can we get compensation ""ANY"" compensaton,they send me generated messages most time they do hard work to fix.Mean only SHOP work and in second take your money and after that they not care for players,that is about 2010 until now (no changes)

 

i think with the New code they give us for 100 free gg rolls isnt worth the loss of a day of double gg and the amount our pets could collect,

i think that the extra double gg should be all week long

got prem got rebate, got box double, and i also got my server down

 

Over 4 hours now and nothing done to solve the problem, if it is a server overload then they need to ban and get rid of all the botters instead of giving them a slap on the wrist. It is time the game is fixed properly. You take our money but do not fix the problems in a timely manner.

Is everybody here that's saying the servers are down trying to play using the flash client? If so, I've also been getting a 502 bad gateway error since yesterday.
Someone in the Discord mentioned that selecting a different server in the URL tab in the top menu will load the login screen and just login as normal. Works for me but again, this is only for the flash client.

Nope,i have only 1 acc on GE2 since 2009.

 

I've also only had one account on GA2 since 2008. If you select a different server in the URL tab, it will just load the login screen and then you just login as normal. For me, it just logged me into my regular server. Again, this is only for the flash client.

 

why is there nothing from game team its been over 5 hours not one word from them unless there is power cut

 

This seems to be the new normal for them. They haven't been responding to game issue threads for quite some time.

 

As DO is owned by a chinese consortium - they just had new year - probably asleep with hangovers !
