Shield troubles

I have a total of 51 b 2 generators. 35 have between lv.3 to 11 upgrade. I am only able to equip 30 of the ones with upgrades and can only acess a total of 41. I emptied configuration 2 to make sure to avoid any issues. Any ideas? Rowdy.

 

Do you have extra ships? IDK if it can be bugged by possibly having on PET or another ship's config. To be safe, I would clear cache and update/clear Flash settings and Java and all that good stuff and then clear all configs of every ship config and PET and then try again.

 

Thank you VintageAlon for the suggestions. I would do exactly what they said and double check all your hangars or PET configurations to make sure you do not have them equipped somewhere else.

 

I have done all those things. I completely stripped ship, drones, and pet. I checked and rechecked to make sure nothing was in config 1 or 2. no matter what I do im missing 5 gen. I bought one today and was able to access it. problem is I don't know which ones are missing so I don't want to waste uri. upgrading.(They all appear in the upgrade and inventory screen, theyre just not available to equip)

 

Can you please post your UID and server so we can look into this for you.

 

I found them. Somehow they were stuck in hanger 1 with no ship. I had bought a vengeance and sold it. apparently I didn't remove the generators prior to sale. I had to purchase another off auction, no big deal, to find this out. All generators are back in their proper places. Tks. everyone for the help. Rowdy.

 

I am glad you found the solution. If you could still post your UID so I can get what happened looked at as it sounds odd.
