Shields messing up on configs

My sheields are not working right....

1. I load both configs full of shields
2. I get in to a fight and I switch configs and the shields are only half load on my second config this stated today. this has been happening all day today

 

i think everyone has this problem

 

Other problem.... I should not be able to fire on the group members that is in our out fit... I am able to fire on outfit now

 

Thank you DJXL.SA.TX for reporting the issues. The shield issue is currently being worked on by Support. I have asked that the second issue be looked into as well. Can you post your UserID, Ship Name and the server you are having the issue on?

Spotted new problem on back page In Main Hanger laser slots

When loading lasers on to slots on the Goliath ship, Lasers are all loaded on both configurations now on the main ship .... Then you move to a different design Goliath in the same hanger -
2 lasers will be missing on one of the configurations once you move to anther design ship even though you have already loaded both configs .... this is happening on the main ship not the drones

Shield Glitch affecting me also, usually fixes itself after i switch configs back and forth

The issue with the shields should now be fixed thankfully. However DJXL.SA.TX can i ask whether you are still experiencing this laser issue that you reported?

well just lost 100k on me shields. went to add sep and got a message saying if I added ore i would lose any other upgrades that have been done..WTH??? everyday something new. In us east 1 was in the middle of fighting when I got booted from screen and came back to 100k less shields. Going on 3 weeks now with this daily glitch stuff with no answers from anyone.

The message you received when doing an upgrade is generally a warning that you are adding a different type of ore to the particular item. example: You are using Promerium on the Shields and you have 486 minutes , then you want to add Seprom. By adding the Seprom, you are making the choice to upgrade with a different ore and will lose the current amount. As the 2 ores do not stack together.

As for the loss of shields is it possible that you changed drone formations without realizing... please know that this is just a thought as some players lose shields and do not realize they have accidentally switched to the Moth.

same thing here ..still losing sep on shields,,can't put any on them,last time I was able to put on sep was when I left my clan and boom they were there all sepped up,,,why wont any one do anything about this problem...

 

Please know that we are aware that this is a visual glitch. When you place seprom on your shields... and you don't see anything, refresh the page and or add 1 more ore to the shields and they should appear.
