Ship Configurations HELP!!

Okay hey guys, i have played this game for for a while and i am fully FE and a bit further tbh, i am FE with 5 havocs and 2 hercs, i have diamond drone design, and i have 6 lf4 lasers, but my question lies here...
As ive been playing for a while i get sick of using normal configs with is:
Damage: all lasers on drones and ship then full sheuld on generators
Speed Config: Lasers on ship, full sheilds on drones and full speed on Ship

So anyone who is willing to share their configurations please do i would like to get an idea of what people use and so figure outwhat configurations i will use
Note: I dont have Zeus or Apis

since havocs are useless until u have a full set lets get you a couple basic set ups
option 1
on you battle... full shield on ship... drones: hercs with 4 shields on them and rest lasers
on speed ...full speed on ship ... drones: put on you hercs 8 shields 8 lasers,,, as you add drones and hercs keep the ratio 1/2 shields 1/2 lasers

option 2
battle... full shields on ship...drones: hercs ...6 shields rest lasers
speed... full speed on ship... drones: hercs ...2 shields rest lasers
this would be more of a hunting configuration...as you add drones and hercs add lasers

config 1: Speed
full speed on ship
full lasers on ship
6 of your best lasers on drones
rest shields+ hercs as your havocs do nothing

Config 2: battle
full shield on ship
full lasers on ship
3-6 of your best shields on drones (mess around with the amount)+ hercs
then your best lasers on drone

these cons are good for flying about normally... for hunters switch onto battle con with quite a lot of shield power+ you still hit decent on your speed con... works well if you can catch some boosters off trade too

If you fly in aegis, use these cons but put more lasers on drones on your speed con so you can sab the enemy as you run+ you can heal yourself (aim is to get them as low hp as possible whilst on speed cons so you can simply shoot them down without having to take out all their shields)
