Ship screen loads black

    Back page loads fine. ship screen loads black. says waiting on bigpoint in bottom left corner then stops loading. Flash is up to date cache is clear. i have done everything else i can possibly do. Could some one look into it please usa east1. ty

    USA east 1 ben laggy all day. on in offf of freezing.
